If upon receiving your order you notice that the parts you received are not the parts you ordered or thought you ordered here are your options.
1: Email me either through the contact us section of thee website or contact me at email@example.com. I will look at the order and let you know the options available to you.
2: call me and we will discuss your options over the phone, but please call me after 3:30pm est as I am usually very busy up until that time.
Please remember the following though, while the information on provided on the website is usuually very accurate it is not perfect. I do not setup, design or supply the information for the database, so please do not accuse me of suppling inaccurate information. Unless I specifically supply you with the parts information to order do not accuse me of sending you the incorrect parts, I send what is ordered and I try to verify every order if I have the information to verify it by. If for some reason there is an issue with your order and you call and/or email me, we will work it out, this I promise you.
If there was an error on my end then it will be at my expense to fix the error and make it right.
If it was a database error then I will be fair about it and make it right.
If you where at error then I will be fair in whatever the solution to the error is.
I am not saying this to be a jerk. I am saying this because of an interaction I have had with a customers who swore up and down that it was my fault that the wrong part was ordered and shipped due to a database misunderstanding, a database error or lack of provided information. I am writing this because I want to make sure that you get the right part the first time. So if there is ever a doubt when placing a part please make a comment in the comment box on the order form and I will verify that the part or parts you are ordering is correct. If I am supplied with the proper information and/or asked a question to verity a part and I do not and the wrong part is sent then it is my fault and I will foot the bill to get you the correct part, no questions asked.

CHECK OUT POLICY
Your confirmation email will include your order number and the items you’ve requested. It is important to retain the order number for future reference in the event that you have any questions.
We are striving for 100% accuracy on all orders we receive. To help us achieve this goal, please include your VIN number when placing your order. If your order does NOT include the VIN, there will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on the parts ordered! All other returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
The website lists every part for every car made by Mazda, Nissan & Honda. Please do not assume that we have in stock every part listed on the website as you will assume wrong. If you wish to know if we have an item in stock before you order please email us or call us to find out. Otherwise when we process your order you will get an estimated ship date if your part will take longer than the next business day to ship out.
Some parts may need to be special ordered as they may not be in-stock and or readily available for immediate shipment. Some special order parts are not returnable. When placing your order check the order the next business day and you will see which items where in stock and which orders had to be special ordered. You should also see a estimated ship date. If you do not please contact me and I will advise you to the ETA.
No refunds after 20 days. There will be a 15% restock on all special ordered parts. We require a copy of your original invoice for a return to be accepted. If your order does NOT include the VIN and I decide to accept the return there will be a 30% restocking fee! No returns on parts that have been tried, installed or used. Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable. Please email or call Jason Baggie at (704) 563-1510 prior to returning any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact with Jason Baggie and a copy of the original invoice. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. Parts must be returned in the original, unopened (if possible), undamaged packaging and be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer. COD shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or given to a passing stranger never to be seen again.
Denial of a package from the shipper does not constitute an accepted return. If you do not want the part then you will need to get autorization from me to return the part or deny the package.
Some of the parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Cores need to be returned in their original packaging. You must also include a copy of the original invoice. Upon receiving the core back at our facility, a credit for the full core amount will be issued. Core charges are most often associated with starters, generators, converters, and ECM/BCM modules. Damaged cores are non-refundable (i.e. broken starter or alternator housings, converter assemblies that have been cut etc...) If you have questions concerning whether or not the part you are ordering has a "core charge" contact one of our Internet Parts Specialists and they will be able to tell you if one applies.
This(these) part(s) is(are) sold "AS IS". The only warranties applying to this(these) parts are those which may be offered by the manufacturer(s). The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this(these) part(s) and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of "strict liability", negligence or otherwise. Any shipping incured in the processing of a warranty part is the responsibility of the customer. Any and all parts sold overseas do not have any warranty implied.
PERFORMANCE PARTS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature and intended usage, Performance Parts (except for engines and partial engines) are sold without any express or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, damage or loss to property and consequential damage. Installation of Performance Parts may adversely affect the New Vehicle Warranty.
